Our story started in 2017 when we acquired a single hotel, swiftly growing to a six-strong hotel portfolio by 2022. With an eclectic mix of properties, the majority of which are franchised with Accor, IHG and Marriott our portfolio operates in excess of seven hundred and thirty bedrooms and forty-two versatile meeting spaces including outdoor facilities for team building activities.
Today we operate hotels across a divisive range of markets each with its own unique range of services which give them their individuality. Mercure Barnsley Tankersley Manor Hotel and Spa has itself a dedicated Event Centre adjacent to the main hotel with the ability to host automotive events with vehicles held on static displays both inside and outside the principle hospitality spaces.
Delta by Marriott Hotels, Milton Keynes is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme of its bedrooms receiving a cash injection of £2.5M as the property enters into a new life cycle. Our largest contributor to meetings and events revenues, Delta MK can offer multiple solutions for our Corporate and TMC clientele.
With a central sales team made up of specialists in their field, supporting the commercial teams on property we have never been so adaptive to demand for our services and strategizing how to maximise the opportunities across the portfolio.
