Designed as the centrepiece of the 5th Duke of Devonshire’s plans to establish a fashionable Georgian spa town. Built in 1780 the Grade 1 listed Buxton Crescent Spa Hotel is one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the UK. The £78m complete restoration of the magnificent building was completed in 2020.

With 81 tastefully furnished bedrooms including 8 suites, the hotel seamlessly combines modern comforts with gracious hospitality. The hotels event space includes 7x beautiful meeting rooms, including the magnificent collection of the Assembly Rooms and the Blue Room.

The elegant ‘Dining Room’ restaurant offers a modern British menu with a focus on seasonality. The A la Carte menu follows the seasons with the table d’hote ‘Market Menu’ changing weekly. The stylish hotel bar & lounge combines the buildings original features, with a modern flair, providing the perfect sanctuary to relax with your favourite drink or enjoy a delightful Afternoon Tea.
