Known for their creative approach and ability to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences, Eventologists are thrilled to collaborate once again with some of the most iconic venues and partners across Birmingham, including the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, The Belfry, ICC and Lime Venue Portfolio.
This year’s events promise a renewed focus on creativity, collaboration and inclusivity, showcasing the magic that can happen when great minds come together.
Transforming Spaces
At the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Eventologists turned the traditional conference space into a sustainable wonderland, demonstrating their flair for creative transformation. The King Suite was reimagined as an enchanting underwater room, a square space that became a vibrant fishbowl. Aquatic decor, immersive lighting, and innovative use of space brought this underwater vision to life, creating a mesmerising experience that left attendees in awe.
Meanwhile, the Palace Suite offered a completely different escape, this time into a lush jungle. Real foliage, life-size trees, living walls, and tropical table centres filled the space, creating a rich, green environment that brought the outdoors inside.
The Hilton Birmingham Metropole event showcased the importance of thoughtful theming and decor in transforming spaces. It also highlighted the significance of collaboration, as Eventologists worked closely with incredible suppliers and clients throughout the day to bring these imaginative themes to life.
A Taste of the Mediterranean at CHS Show Leeds
The CHS Show Leeds was brought to life with vibrant flowers, lush foliage, and pink floral installations that added a burst of colour and energy to the atmosphere. The Mediterranean conference exhibition stand featured a foliage ceiling arrangement, creating an immersive and visually stunning experience that transported attendees to a sunny Mediterranean escape.

Eventologists brought a taste of Las Vegas earlier in the year, turning a standard party into a dazzling night of glitz and glamour. The Las Vegas theme featured bold decorations, shimmering lights, and the high-energy atmosphere of a night on the Strip. This theme was all about creating a lively and unforgettable experience. It is certainly a theme that will continue being most popular!
