Please note: All buyer registrations for CHS Leeds are vetted which can take up to an hour to be processed onsite. To speed things up on the day, we recommend you register in advance, that way you will be able to skip the queues, collect your badge and be on the show floor in a matter of minutes!

Have the following information ready

When registering as a Hosted Buyer or VIP Buyer we will ask you to provide details of the types of events your organise as well as an example of a recent event you have organised. To speed up the registration process make sure you have the following information to hand:

• Type of events you organise
• Locations of events
• Annual company event budget
• Number of events your organiser per year
• An example of a recent event you’re organised including: date, location, venue, event type, no. of attendees, details of how you were involved
