Having graduated nearly 30 years ago, I am still in the industry I love!

I have worked Front of House, been part of the onsite Operations team and managed a small independent hotel so feel I covered all bases along my journey.

I have been with The QHotels Collection for 18 years and in my current role as Central Events Desk for the last 5.  Here I feel I have found my calling, I enjoy the enquiry handling process, I love how the process has changed and how the role has had to adapt accordingly.  I work with a great team who I hope feel inspired and confident to really understand our clients needs.

After all this time, I still enjoy learning and the meetings events industry gives me that.
