Gabby Austen-Browne is a multi award winning diversity and inclusion expert, delivering consultancy, education and training to the events, MICE and hospitality sectors as founder and director of Diversity Alliance. She is also co-founder of the Diverse Speaker Bureau, which is dedicated to nurturing and elevating the voices of people from underrepresented groups and supporting businesses and organisations to diversify their speakers and speaker panels at events. She is also co-founder of the REACH event management scholarship fund.
Gabby regularly writes about DEIBA for a variety of industry publications, lectures on Diversity & Inclusion in events and has appeared on many panels and hosted talks about diversity in and outside of the events industry.
In addition to being an award winner herself, she is also a judge for the C&IT awards 2022, CN Agency Awards 2022, EN Suppliers Awards 2022, CN 30 under 30, and M&IT’s Tomorrow’s Talent award 2022/23. LGBTQ and the Top 50 in hospitality 2023.
She brings her breadth of experience as an events professional to inform, support and advise on DEIBA strategies and initiatives that are relevant to the sector.
