The Conference and Hospitality Show (CHS), one of the UK’s leading events for venue finders, event organisers and PAs can announce that half of the show’s floor space for the 2018 event has been allocated just one week after its launch.

The 2018 event will be taking place on Tuesday 24th April and will be the show’s third outing at the first direct arena, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Emma Cartmell, CEO, CHS Group said:

The launch of CHS 2018 has been met with great interest from our industry. We sold out this year and we are set to do the same for next year’s event; in fact this will be our biggest show yet because we have added 26 square meters to the show for 2018 by combining the two seminar theatres into one. The show has grown steadily every year since its inception in 2009 but the move to the centrally located first direct arena three years ago has really boosted our appeal. In general, many exhibitions are struggling or reducing their floor space so it’s great to see the events industry so interested and keen to get on board for next year.

Exhibitors are grouped into geographical locations or by type; two thirds of the stands in the North West region have already been allocated, and there are only 40 square meters available in the ‘Groups and Consortia’ zone.

Now in its ninth year, the show boasts exhibitors from every corner of the UK, and focused education streams for PAs and event organisers. Visitors will also be able to benefit from the Show’s established hosted buyer programme. More details to be announced later this year.

Save the date: The Conference and Hospitality Show 2018 will take place on Tuesday 24th April at the first direct arena, Leeds.
