The second Inspirational Venue Roadshow of our 2023 Series will take place on 10 July at Aviator and Farnborough International Conference and Exhibition Centre. With the iconic Farnborough runway as a backdrop these venues offer a perfect combination of multi-functional spaces and contemporary luxury. As always, our IVRs are about creating an informal and relaxed environment to connect hotels and event professionals, all whilst experiencing the amazing hospitality of the host venue.
Introducing Aviator
A luxurious and contemporary hotel located on the Hampshire and Surrey border, overlooking the private Farnborough Airport. Aviator is a truly unique venue for all your meetings, special events, product launches, away days, presentations and outdoor activities.
The hotel boasts 169 spacious rooms and suites, 6 diverse event spaces including the fourth-floor Sky Lounge, a large lawn overlooking Farnborough Airport and a dedicated events lobby complete with a bar.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is a venue rich in history, the birthplace of aviation and the home of pioneering spirit. Farnborough International is the perfect location for your next innovative conference or inspiring exhibition.
Venue spaces have been designed and developed for the sole purpose of hosting events on a large scale. Boasting 20,000sqm of flexible indoor event space, Farnborough International Film Studios as well as 100,000 sqm outdoor space, 3,500 on site complimentary car parking spaces.
