Education Programme 2024

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s education program is a continued part of our ‘Growth Show’ journey, aimed at helping you develop both personally and professionally.

This year’s theme, ‘How to be an Event Organiser,’ takes our previous shows to the next level by discussing the fundamental aspects of inclusivity, diversity, and skill development, within our industry. We will showcase creative ways to engage your audience and honour stakeholders from all backgrounds.

The lineup for this year is truly exciting, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

With thanks to our 2024 Education Partner, UTAC Milbrook.

Involving psychological thinking from Social Psychology, Positive Psychology, to Music Psychology. How psychology can help event professionals think more deeply about their attendees, more wisely about the design and environments they provide and to get a pat on the pack for factors they might already be naturally incorporating in their day to day.

However, as with any look at demographics, things are never as simple – or as cliched. So, in this section we match up the mature and the spritely, the cynical and the naive, the technologically literate and the AI agnostic, and ask the audience to understand and appreciate the wonderful differences that can combine to make your event better.
